What the service is

Once low is a CRM with an AI agent for organizations that sell in chat through Telegram and other connected channels. The service is provided on a subscription basis through a dashboard.

The AI agent

Suggestions produced by the AI agent are drafts, not finished replies. Sending a message to a client is always a decision made by the service's user. Once low does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any specific suggestion.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee it will be free of outages. Exact liability-limitation wording pending legal review.

Intellectual property

The code, design, and Once low trademark belong to the service operator. Data you enter (catalog, conversations, client cards) remains yours.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access for violating these terms or for non-payment.
